iPod Touch Models (serial numbers):
1st generation serial number starts with MA----
2nd generation serial number starts with MB----
3rd generation serial number starts with MC----
The 4th generation is also MC---- but has cameras
Note: The 8gb MC---- Model is considered a 2nd generation iPod Touch even thought it was made along side the 3rd generations
iPad Models:
1st generation has no cameras
2nd generation has cameras
iPhone models:
1st generation: Only iPhone model to have an aluminum back
2nd generation(3g): Made in 2008
3rd generation (3gs): Made in 2009
iPhone 4: Two glass surfaces and two cameras
